Which countries do you ship to and what is the shipping cost?
When shipping beer in Europe we use a fixed price for every box. Our boxes can contain up to 40 bottles of 33cl. Which means that shipping 6 bottles costs as much as 40 bottles. Every box can contain beer or related products up to max. 30kg.

When we ship beer to a European island - except UK Mainland + Ireland - (Northern Ireland= max. price per box is 24.95€ - price is based on weight) there will be an island surcharge for the transportation by boat. We ship worldwide. The price of the shipping depends on the volume and the weight of the package. Our international insurance covers damage or loss of your order. The delivery time outside of Europe is estimated at 7 to 14 days.
What is the delivery time?
Once you completed your order in the online beer shop we immediately start handling your order. It takes max. 4 working days before sending your order (*). We pick the beers in our physical store and/or warehouse and send the products with Bpost (Belgian National Post) or DPD. DPD collect the parcels every day, Bpost picks up our orders 2 times a week at our warehouse.

*All shipping times mentioned above are an indication. Although we will do our best do deliver your order as soon as possible, we cannot accept any responsibility for delayed deliveries due the circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you about the possible delay.
What if the order is damaged, incomplete or lost?
We are shipping heavy and fragile products. Although we pack the beer, glasses and other products so there’s a low risk of breaking, it could happen you receive a broken bottle or glass. When you receive a damaged good, please contact us as soon as possible by mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) with a photo of the broken product(s) in the box. We will ship a new box or refund you the broken bottles if we receive the above information max. within 5 days of receipt. In all other cases the damaged product will not be refunded or retransmitted. Our international insurance covers damage or loss of your order.
What if I want to return the product?
The return has to be announced within 7 working days by email. Next, the products need to be send back to us in the original packaging with the original labels and cards within 7 working days. The return costs are for your account. We advise you to send us the package registered and that you provide it with a tracking number. The articles have to be send back new, unopened and undamaged.
